The operating
system for the
modern superyacht.

Every yacht already runs a version of this system — it's just dated. Most run on spreadsheets that quietly disagree or haven't been opened in months, certificate files nobody actually checks, and crew changes held together by memory. Crewz-Control runs it all on one central spine: the crew rotation table. Change one rotation and your muster list, cabins and certificates move with it — for any moment in time. One spine. One truth. Zero surprises.

No illusions

We know what the operational layer really looks like.

Yachting sells a perfect picture. Everyone who's actually run a boat knows the day-to-day never quite matches the brochure — so we stopped pretending and built for what's real.

  • We know sticking to hours of rest, to the letter, is more pipe dream than reality.
  • We know a rotation that holds a flawless 3:1 has never once happened in the history of yachting.
  • We know cabin arrangements are a nightmare — an ever-shifting chessboard that never sits still.
  • We know crew join, progress, move on and resign constantly — so we're streamlining it for both sides of the bulwark.

So we built a program that runs on reality — not the shiny, surface-perfect version the industry loves to project. The operational layer is nothing like that picture, and every operator who's lived it knows.

Join us in improving the side that was never perfect.

The opportunity

The fleet still runs on spreadsheets and memory.

If you run crew — captain, chief officer, purser or HOD — you already do this work: rotations, cabins, certificates, muster lists, MLC hours. You just do it across a dozen disconnected tools that were never built for the sea. The market is saturated with basic programs that don't really work, aren't integrated, and promise the world before delivering sub-standard pieces that force you back to Excel. And the officer or purser who still joins with a folder of old-school templates is starting to look dated. Every yacht already does this work — almost nobody does it well.

Spreadsheets don't stand a watch.

Crewz-Control does — every hour of every rotation, for any day you care to ask.

The spine

Change one rotation.
Watch everything update.

Crew rotate on and off. From that single source of truth, Crewz-Control derives your muster lists, crew lists, cabin plan, certificate currency, MLC rest-hour compliance, travel letters and victualling headcount — automatically, for any moment in time. Change one thing, and everything downstream moves with it.

Crew, profiled

Every hand aboard, on one page.

Each crew member carries their own profile — identity, certificates, rotation and the trail of every vessel they've served. The roster is just the live view: who's aboard, who's ashore, who joins next, and exactly where the gaps are. The boat that always knows precisely who it's carrying runs differently — calmer, sharper, and impossible to catch out.

Global crew profiles

One profile that follows the crew.

Crew build their profile once: identity, certificates, next of kin, CV. When they join a vessel, it's imported in one step. When they leave, it leaves with them.

  1. The crew member completes their profile

Every certificate goes through the same checks the vessel uses, before anyone imports it.

  2. They give the vessel a one-time code

Passed directly, not by email, so there's no inbox to intercept.

    7KQ-M49
  3. The vessel imports, then activates

The profile arrives in onboarding. Activation stays a deliberate click by the vessel.

Medical details are shared only if the crew member chooses, and they can withdraw them. When someone leaves, the vessel keeps their time aboard and its own records; the profile goes with them.

The whole picture

One system.
Every layer of the vessel.

Not another spreadsheet. Not another silo. The complete operational core for the people who run the vessel — the rotation spine, everything it powers, the crew it tracks, and an AI layer that ties it together. The paperwork only ever increases; this is how you get ahead of it and win back the hours that belong to the guests. They don't care about ISM, rotations or MLC — they pay precisely so they never have to.

The connected vessel

Every deck, aware.

From the bridge to the bilge, Crewz-Control knows who's aboard, where they're berthed and whether their papers are current — and surfaces it the moment you need it.

The moat

The certificate that lapses
is the one nobody was watching.

Crewz-Control tracks every crew member's certificates, visas, medicals and tickets in one place — and understands what each document actually means, not just when it expires. It computes the expiry that truly counts — printed versus effective — and surfaces what's overdue before a port-state inspector does. Thirteen overdue isn't a number buried in a spreadsheet nobody opened. It's the inspection you walk into clean.

LIVE UPDATE

Most systems store the date. Crewz-Control reads the document.

The deadline that isn't printed

Behind every document sits a knowledge base of flag states, tickets and qualifications — so Crewz-Control knows the date that actually matters: the STCW refresher hiding behind a blank expiry field, the flag endorsement that quietly dies with its parent certificate, the passport unusable for travel six months before it lapses.

Upload a photo. It does the reading.

Drop in a PDF or a phone photo and the AI reads the certificate, cross-checks it against the crew member's other documents and the rules for your vessel's flag, and raises any concern before it becomes a problem.

It audits the whole fleet, monthly

Every month Crewz-Control sweeps every vessel for the gaps an officer might miss — a missing qualification for a role, a certificate expiring while someone's aboard with no chance to renew, an endorsement no longer valid for your flag — and ranks findings by what truly matters, so a statutory certificate due in three months rises above a non-critical one due next week.

Coming soonVerification straight from the source.

Certificate verification through direct training-centre and institution portals — no phone calls, no confusion, no cheating. The certificate is pulled from the school or training centre that issued it, by direct portal upload, so the guesswork is gone. We all want to trust our crew, but some will always cut corners — and this is about safety and competency, not shortcuts.

If your blood pressure rises when the Port State inspector steps aboard, not running Crewz-Control won't be your biggest regret.

Every certificate watched, every expiry computed, every gap flagged — long before it costs you a charter.

Crew care · MLC 2006

Solving HOR starts at the planning stage.
A rested crew is a safe crew, and a quality, happy working environment for all.

The Maritime Labour Convention isn't a binder you produce for the auditor — it's the promise that the people who keep your vessel are rested, housed and looked after, and the proof that you run a humane, organised operation. Crew care isn't the soft edge of quality management; it is quality management. Rested crew make fewer mistakes; quality boats keep the best crew. So Crewz-Control builds rest-hour compliance into the scheduling itself — every shift you paint is checked against MLC 2006 and STCW in real time, breaches flagged the moment they happen, with leave, repatriation, accommodation and agreements held in the same living record. And by streamlining the repetitive, monotonous tasks that eat an officer’s day, it hands your crew back something the convention can’t legislate — a better work-life balance.

Cabins · auto-placement

The berth plan that solves itself.

Cabin allocation is the quiet nightmare of crew ops: who can share with whom, who's a couple, who's joining Thursday, and the fact that a cabin's sex is decided by whoever's aboard — there's no "mixed". Crewz-Control reads the rotation, places every crew member automatically against MLC and your sharing rules, and the moment two sexes would share a cabin without a couple or a master-override, it flags a conflict before anyone packs a bag. Move the date and the whole vessel re-berths itself for any day of the year.

Intelligence on watch

Ask the vessel anything.
It already knows.

An AI layer that sits on top of the spine — briefing your morning out loud, drafting handovers, reading certificates, and answering plain-language questions across your entire fleet.

Substance, not hype

No gimmicks. This isn't a program with AI bolted on to chase a trend. The core is hard-written code with real problem-solving logic, and certificate interpretation is genuine — a credential catalogue the system reads against, using AI to flag what doesn't add up. The AI is an assistant: it keeps you on the helm while the program watches your blind spots.

Not built to replace you. Built to harness efficiency.

And built to lift the whole industry — better workplaces, better guest experiences, better crew environments.

Every feature. One package.

No feature gates. No modules to unlock. No “that’s on the enterprise plan.” Everything Crewz-Control does — and everything it’s about to do — comes in one straightforward package, priced by the size of your crew: more crew on the payroll, the higher the tier; every tier gets the whole thing. A product that just keeps refining, expanding and improving — no extra fees, no catches, just productivity. The price per month lands south of a single re-order of chamois, and if one lapsed certificate can ground a charter, the cost of watching every last one was never the close call.
